Website Accessibility Policy

Our aim

First Touch Payment Solutions wants everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use. The target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not been audited against them by an outside party.

How the site is built

• It is built to be used with a keyboard, starting with a “Skip to content” link.
• The menus, pages and links work without JavaScript.
• Headings, landmarks and labels are in the page itself, for screen readers.
• Before a change is published, the pages it touches are checked at five widths and on three phone and tablet profiles, including the contrast of its text.
• No accessibility overlay is loaded: what the site needs is in its markup.

Known gaps

• A few lines of text set over photographs are slightly below the AA contrast ratio, as they are on the original site this one copies.
• The promotional video has no captions or transcript.
